In today’s online shopping market, we believe that honesty is the best policy. That’s why we designed the most generous, fair and transparent store policy. Read the following sections to find out more about how we ship, exchange and refund our products, or about how we secure your personal data. How It Works
The good news is, delivery is free for orders over £25. If your order is under £25, a £1.99 delivery fee will be charged.
Orders placed before 4pm Monday - Saturday are sent via 1st Class Royal Mail post, which means deliveries can take up to 3 working days.
If you suspect your parcel may have been lost or not delivered, first of all, we’re sorry you haven’t received your delivery. Don’t worry, contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 7 days of the original expected delivery date and we’ll look into this for you. If we are made aware outside of this time, it’s unlikely that lost parcel costs can be covered by us.
The Small Print
We like to keep things simple, so you can return any of our products within 30 days of delivery for a refund.
To be eligible for a refund, your items must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
To return your order, log into your account, click on the returns sections on the left-hand side and submit your form.

We work quickly to pick and pack your items so we cannot guarantee we can amend your order but we will always do our best to accommodate your request.

Types of personal data we collect
How we collect data above described all the different ways in which it’s possible to be given or obtain data. Some of that data may be personal data and we explain below the types of personal data we may collect about you. Of course, the types of personal data we collect about you will depend on how you are interacting with us.
Personal data, or personal information, means any information about an individual from which that person can be identified. It does not include data where the identity has been removed (anonymous data).
We collect a variety of personal information about our customers and visitors to the website.
This personal data falls into these categories:
Identity Data includes title, gender, first name, maiden name, last name, date of birth, username or similar identifier and your login/password. If you interact with us through social media, this may include your social media user name.
Contact Data includes billing address, delivery address, email address and telephone numbers.

Tracking Data includes information we or others collect about you from cookies and similar tracking technologies, such as web beacons, pixels, and mobile identifiers.
Marketing and Communications Data includes your preferences in receiving direct marketing from us and your communication preferences.
We also collect, use and share Aggregated Data such as statistical or demographic data. Aggregated Data may be derived from your personal data but is not considered personal data in law as this data does not directly or indirectly reveal your identity. For example, we may aggregate your Usage Data to calculate the percentage of users accessing a specific website feature.
We do not collect any Special Categories of Personal Data about you (this includes details about your race or ethnicity, religious or philosophical beliefs, sex life, sexual orientation, political opinions, trade union membership, information about your health and genetic and biometric data). Nor do we collect any information about criminal convictions and offences. If you share personal data referred to in this category we will not know and can only treat it as personal data. If you post any of this data on the forum, you have chosen to make it public online, and anyone can read it.
Remember, if you choose not to share personal data with us, or refuse certain contact permissions, we might not be able to provide the products and services you’ve asked for.
Explaining the legal bases for using personal data

Advertising, marketing and your communications preferences
There are lots of different ways you’ll see adverts for Bullet Bean Blend, and these may not be using your personal data – sometimes we buy advertising space in the real world and on websites and in social media. If you see our adverts on websites and in social media, these may not be directed specifically at you, we may just have bid for the space. We may also be using a search engine or social media platforms ‘lookalike’ products, which are not directed at you and which you can control using each search engine or social media platform’s privacy settings.

Tracking Data, and in particular cookies, help us to deliver website and social advertising that we believe is most relevant to you and to potential new customers. The cookies used for this purpose are often placed on our website by specialist organisations – and this is also why when you’ve been on our website, you might see content from our website again. Disclosures of your personal data

By law we have to keep basic information about our customers (including Contact, Identity, Financial and Transaction Data) for six years after they cease being customers for tax purposes. We also keep this basic information about our customers for a maximum of seven years following your most recent purchase from us or to enable us to deal efficiently with any after-sales queries that you may have. We keep customer profile information that you have indicated you are happy for us to have in order to keep you up to date regarding our products, services and events and will keep this information until such time as you indicate you no longer wish us to keep this data, or for seven years following your most recent active interaction with us (e.g. opening or clicking on an email we send you), whichever of these two is shorter.

You will not have to pay a fee to access your personal data (or to exercise any of the other rights). However, we may charge a reasonable fee if your request is clearly unfounded, repetitive or excessive. Alternatively, we may refuse to comply with your request in these circumstances.
We may need to request specific information from you to help us confirm your identity and ensure your right to access your personal data (or to exercise any of your other rights). This is a security measure to ensure that personal data is not disclosed to any person who has no right to receive it.
